
Remarkable OMRFC Victory against Ruislip on 18th April
OMRFC triumphed 21 -17 in an extraordinary match against Ruislip II, played at Ruislip, to lift the North West Middlesex Floodlit Cup for the first time in over 15 years. Some lively and attractive back play saw the OMs rack up 21 points in as many minutes with 3 converted trys. After that, the much bigger home pack exerted muscular control and made possession very difficult particularly in the set pieces. ..

MHS 1st XV vs Watford Grammar Saturday 19th January 2013
Mill Hill School 1st XV vs Watford Grammar Mill Hill School lost 7-14 to Watford Grammar at Allianz Park, formerly Copthall Stadium, on Saturday 19th January as the two schools created history to become the first teams to take part in a competitive rugby match at Saracens’ new home.The test event of the pioneering all-weather rugby surface was attended by supporters from both schools, along with Saracens’ Chairman and Old Millhillian, Nigel Wray. While other pitches and grounds around the country struggled to play matches in the ice and snow, the artificial turf pitch at Allianz Park offered a fantastic playing surface. ..

Old Millhillians 2nd XV vs Hitchin at Headstone Lane
Hitchin visited Headstone Lane on the back of a string of victories expecting another win. Their dominant pack put a huge amount of pressure on our relatively small set of forwards which included a fresh batch of gap students from Belmont and Mill Hill and Adam Boxer (Weymouth) who was awarded the OM’s goblet at the schools rugby dinner at the end of the autumn term. ..

OMRFC Vice Presidents' Reunion and Luncheon
The Rugby Club Vice Presidents' Reunion and luncheon was held before the 1st XV league match against Old Actonians on 7 March 2009. This was not the original plan as the Reunion had been proposed for January when a friendly had been scheduled against one of our oldest rivals, Old Merchant Taylors'. Unfortunately OMTs' had to back out due to an unexpectedly good run in the Middlesex Cup. ..
